The room I had was immaculately clean and the staff was really helpful. The breakfast was served in the lobby. The location was comfortable and nice, in the middle of jackson.

The location was good and absolutely perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Aboveall Extreme Air Sports Amusement Center. The room was extremely spacious and I loved helpful staff. I was there for 2 nights and would return there.

I really enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom there was fairly clean. Its location in Franklin was good and unbeatable, very close to various restaurants, shopping, and Nashville, and shopping, restaurants.

We did not want to leave and definitely coming here again. The hotel was gorgeous, our room was immaculate, loved it. The lobby served a lot of meals for breakfast. The venue's staff was attentive. Easy access to Nashville International airport, which was about 24 minutes' drive away.

The Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Franklin Cool Springs in Franklin exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable, the location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and the modern plumbing fixtures were a nice touch. The unexpected feature of a parking garage was especially appreciated during the winter weather. The lobby and breakfast area were stylish and inviting, and the rooms were spacious and modern. The amenities such as the TV with streaming services and the well-equipped gym added to our enjoyable stay. we were highly impressed and will definitely return when passing through.

We booked king room and loved it. The location was comfy, so close to restaurants, and various restaurants. It was at walking distance from Back Yard Burgers, serving fast food❤😀

The hotel was gorgeous, the room was spotless and I really enjoyed friendly staff. The setting was unbeatable, close enough to shopping, restaurants and close to get back on the interstate as well as various restaurants. Also, Nissan North America Corporate Campus was 2 miles away.

The hotel is in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as being easily accessible from the interstate. The rooms are spacious and modern, with large TVs that allow streaming services, and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and include glass shower doors, while the gym is very nice, and the pool atrium area is heated.

Some of the staff was not very welcoming, which slightly detracted from the experience.

The staff was attentive and friendly, provided me with a new-fashioned queen room. This location was favourable and absolutely perfect, right by shopping, restaurants and close to get back on the interstate and various restaurants, shopping, and Nashville.

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were spotless. The modern facilities and parking garage were definitely a bonus, as was the great location near shopping and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast looked amazing, and I wish I had the opportunity to try it out.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a pleasant Thanksgiving stay, enjoying the convenience of a central location and a beautifully-designed room with modern amenities. the staff were helpful and prompt in responding to our requests. We particularly appreciated the covered parking area during the cold weather and the spotless bathroom fixtures.

We had a few minor setbacks. Breakfast service was a bit disorganized, with limited options and late replenishment of items.

The parking garage was convenient and the coffee was good. Plus, the location was perfect for Thanksgiving shopping and dining. It was close to a variety of shops and restaurants. We also slept well on the plush beds.

The breakfast options were limited and not impressive. We were hoping for more variety, especially during a holiday weekend.
